傳聞美軍少將Studeman抵達台灣將有三日行程,不過目前台灣總統府 外交部是否認該消息

  美國海軍印太情報總指揮官斯圖達曼（Michael William Studeman）22日傍晚降落松山機場抵台，預計24日晚間離開，據了解，此行目的是要加強台美印太戰略佈局。
  不過，目前總統府、外交部等相關單位，都已否認此訊息。外交部表示，美國中情局長並沒有來訪的安排，相關報導屬於不實傳言，台美關係友好，若有重要內閣級官員訪問台灣，將以發布新聞稿方式週知以示歡迎。
  雖然官方否認此訊息，但美方確實有一架灣流500專機於晚間6時左右降落松山機場，官方目前也並未有進一步證實與說明。

Rear Adm. Michael Studeman is the son of a career naval officer and a 1988 graduate of the College of William and Mary.  He is a distinguished graduate of the Naval Postgraduate School, an honors graduate in Mandarin Chinese from the Defense Language Institute, and a distinguished graduate of the National War College.
At sea, Studeman served as air intelligence officer for attack squadron -35 (VA-35) Black Panthers onboard USS Saratoga (CV-60) during Operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm.  He was also assistant staff intelligence office for U.S. 7th Fleet onboard USS Blue Ridge (LDD-19) and assistant chief of staff for intelligence (N2) with Carrier Strike Group 8 onboard USS Eisenhower (CVN-69) in support of Operation Enduring Freedom deployments.
Ashore, Studeman led analytic divisions at the Fleet Ocean Surveillance Facility, Rota, Spain, in support of Balkan operations.  He was also the first chief of the Pacific Command Studies Team, Joint Intelligence Operations Center, Hawaii; the first senior intelligence officer for China, Office of Naval Intelligence; and first director, Commander’s Initiative Group, U.S. Fleet Forces Command.
Washington, District of Columbia tours include White House Fellow, special assistant to the Chief of Intelligence of the Department of Homeland Security, strategic issues lead for the Navy’s Quadrennial Defense Review Team, director of Navy Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance concepts, special assistant to the Vice Chief of Naval Operations, director of Navy Unmanned Airborne Systems, special assistant to the Chief of Naval Operations and director, Strategic Actions Group.
Studeman commanded the Hopper Information Services Center, Suitland, Maryland, and Joint Intelligence Operations Center, U.S. Cyber Command, Fort Meade, Maryland.  He was also the director of intelligence, U.S. Southern Command, Miami, Florida.
Studeman is currently director , J2, U.S. Indo-Pacific Command in Honolulu, Hawaii.

  華盛頓哥倫比亞特區的訪問團包括白宮研究員，國土安全部情報局局長特別助理，海軍四年一度國防評估小組的戰略事務負責人，海軍司令部，控制，通信，計算機，情報，監視部主任偵察概念，海軍作戰副司令特別助理，海軍無人駕駛飛機系統總監，海軍作戰司令特別助理兼戰略行動小組主任。
  Studeman指揮了馬里蘭州Suitland的Hopper信息服務中心和馬里蘭州米德堡的美國網絡司令部聯合情報作戰中心。他還是佛羅里達州邁阿密市的美國南方司令部情報總監。
  Studeman目前是位於夏威夷火奴魯魯的美國印度太平洋司令部J2司司長。
