- 本区禁止发表中文内容，违者将被折叠甚至删除。在本区的中文主题将被移至水区。
- 本区允许除中文外的所有语言，但主要语言为英文。使用其他语言请另开楼讨论，多个非英语主题将视情况而定移至水区。
- 所有新品葱习惯法仍适用于本区（英文版待译）。
- 本区鼓励使用翻译软件（如Google或DeppL等）学习外语。
