如何看待这段对中国疫苗（及其他）的评价？
我在reddit上看到一段自称是科学家的网友对中国疫苗（及其他）的评价。原帖文被downvoted to oblivion，最终被mod删除。

OK. I'm a scientist (PhD) who spent a year at a Chinese university, and I've been managing various teams in China for about 10 years.
The lack of process, the lack of quality control, the lack of teamwork, the amount of coverups and lying... is shocking.
There's a saying amongst the foreigners in China: Don't get sick in China. The risk of poor treatment at the hospitals is just too high.
In China you can basically buy your degree, and daddy can arrange your job, so you have a huge amount of unqualified people in roles with real responsibility.
As an example, entire towns were infected with HIV because of needle reuse and (unbelievably) allowing people to get "refunds" of blood (not necessarily your own blood).
I have my own horror stories of the health system, and people I know in very serious jobs who have no idea what they're doing. Here's an example: I was hired by a large chemical company to implement process. When I got their, the staff (chemical engineers!) had literally no clue. They couldn't even mix the correct chemicals to make shampoo. The only thing which was saving this company from killing people was a single smart employee who was able to destroy all the bad batches. Roughly 50% of the batches were bad.
The people working there (a) didn't care (b) didn't understand measurements (they were doing what's called "chabuduo" which is where you don't care about accuracy) and (c) didn't have the ability to figure out how to improve themselves.
It is mind blowing.
So the chance of this vaccine either being useless or toxic is high.

It was outside youxi in fujian. I know about it because I was working in a city not far away. This is the same place where a large number of people in the town went missing (and are still missing). A factory next to a school was making the kids sick. For years the locals protested by the factory would only close for a day and then reopen. Some of the kids started getting cancer (weird cancers) so the parents started sleeping in front of the factory so it couldn't open. These people have all disappeared.
Googling both of the above returns nothing. This may be hard to understand, but this sort of thing happens a lot in China and the government are able to shut it down quickly. They control the media and internet, so they are able to cover up everything.
Something a lot of westerners don't know is there is unrest in China all the time. Especially amongst villagers who are protesting lack of resources or losing their land etc. They fight with the police and eventually disappear. No one in China learns about it.

entire towns不是全镇，直译是“整个镇整个镇地”，应该指的是当年河南等地大力发展所谓的“血浆经济”而导致的HIV疯狂传播，完全是人祸

我多次在很多场合说过一个观点，今天的很大一部分的中国人，所面临的苦难，遭受的不公平待遇，全都是他们应得的，刀子没抹到他脖子上的时候，他无视同伴的苦难，还在低着头找食物，找交配对象，直到刀子真捅上去了，他们都只会一边挣扎，一边痛骂刀子，甚至把希望寄托在屠夫手上，希望屠夫能帮他们惩罚刀子。
而另一部分清醒的，逃不出去的中国人，他们只能无奈绝望的看着这场屠宰盛宴，等待着自己同样的结局。

倒是那時候肚子有痛了一陣子，中國朋友好心的開車載我去大藥局，還跟藥師指名要原廠藥，不讓我吃學名藥... (學名藥通常比較便宜，且效果一樣)
不過我在台灣看過別人分享的經驗，都可怕到有點像是假的，趁這個機會，可以幫我看看正確度嗎？

我問很多中國當地人說：為什麼要這麼麻煩，每做一件事情就要收一次錢？
他們都回我：怕你沒錢啊
我說：可是都快死了還在意有沒有錢啊？先救命吧？
他們：那就死了唄
我整個無言....
過兩天我就飛回台灣了，然後住院，住了很久
剛到台灣的醫院，急診，問我什麼病症有沒有驗流感，我說我不知道，那邊醫生沒跟我說
，只驗了血說沒什麼大問題，就叫我走了。
醫護人員就一臉無言，立刻抽血、驗尿、驗流感，然後就是住院了。
住院醫生一來，就問我吃過什麼藥嗎
我把所有藥都拿出來給醫生看
醫生看到中國醫生開的藥就說這藥很重...
我說隨便在路上都買得到，他們一般感冒都直接買這個吃
住院醫生就一臉愣住說：這種隨便都能買？他們沒管制？
我說：嗯，當地人跟我說的，他們都買這些自己吃

就是不開刀至上 檢查盡量減
病人不開刀而死 沒事
病人開刀死了 有事
檢查不會死人 還能賺錢 拼命檢
一個咳嗽做的檢查 比去全身健康檢查項目還多 時間還要兩倍起
我之前在中國的六個月也這樣聽說過，但我很可惜的沒有體驗過中國的醫療 (?
倒是那時候肚子有痛了一陣子，中國朋友好心的開車載我去大藥局，還跟藥師指名要原廠藥，不讓我吃學名藥... (學名藥通常比較便宜，且效果一樣)
