大陆人如何获得虚拟私人网络服务？
As the questions above point out, how do people in mainland China obtain VPNs? I know someone who used a US phone number to get a VPN through an app store, but is it particularly difficult to obtain one in China? Does using a VPN cost money? Are there any actual penalties for using a VPN? However, I doubt this, given China's population of one billion.
