国外也有向重病病人隐瞒病情的习惯吗？
好像在中国，诊断出重病后家里的第一反应就是瞒着，特别是对老人。国外也是这样的吗？
據我所知，沒有。反之以美國為例，如果未向病人告知，並在獲得病人書面同意的前提下，告知了任何第三方，才是違法的。感興趣可以搜下HIPAA。
