”报复社会”这个词应该怎么翻译成英文？是不是个中文特有的专有名词？

不用造新词，就是terror attack。鸡国一天到晚自称“最安全国家”实际隔三差五在发生针对平民的恐怖袭击。

社会这个词本来就是外来的啊，只有民间、市井、江湖等词汇才是我支传统的名词

就是Terrorism，无差别恐怖袭击啊
报复社会只不过是共党的轻描淡写

想到4個，但都覺得差了那麼一點意思

如果犯人是不爽某群體，那可以用hate crime
例如前一段時間去傷害日本小朋友的人

如果犯人與受害者間屬於冤有頭債有主的，那是revenge
例如前一段時間讓某財政廳長當空中飛人的

如果犯人想以殺人發洩對社會的不滿，那可以用random killing
random，殺誰都好，受害者是不是跟犯人之間有恩怨根本無所謂

如果犯人一切動機都不明，那就用antisocial behaviour吧

献忠和恐怖袭击还是有差别的，恐怖袭击背后有组织，成员有明确的意识形态驱使。这些在献忠中都是不存在的，献忠是孤立的个人被系统性压迫到精神崩溃后发生的丧失理智的暴力行为。

本来就有问题的词，当然怎么翻译都别扭。老百姓一般不都用献忠吗，不管墙内还是墙外。报复社会其实是说他的杀人动机，但是杀人动机本来就是很复杂的事，不能张嘴就来，自然英文里很少会用这样的词。
